Toscana

Rare food — for its flavour, its purity, its refinement and its singularity.

Discovering exceptional food is part of our daily work. We seek out distinctive producers around the world, because every piece of land is unique in its character — and it is precisely from that singularity that endless possibilities arise.

We recognise the value of tradition which, cultivated from generation to generation, feeds us with vivid stories and sublime flavours. We respect the times of maturation, which crown food with a flavour impossible to obtain without surrendering to the wisdom of time — the time of the soil, of light, of water, of rest.

Toscana has selected, imported and distributed Italian ingredients since 2002. Importing is done in house: a direct relationship with the producer, a chain followed from origin to kitchen, and a stated selection criterion behind every label in the catalogue.
